“I’ve had 2 pregnancy massages to help me with lower back pain that started in my 3rd trimester. I didn’t think it would help me this much but it’s amazing!! I’m not a fan of strong essential oils smells so we spent time finding ones I liked. I will definitely be coming back for a postnatal massage”

Research has shown that pregnancy (prenatal) yoga can reduce stress hormones and reduce anxiety through a combination of mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises and physical postures. Pregnancy yoga uses safe poses that have been modified to suit your changing body at different stages of your pregnancy.
